Waist training is a commitment and a lifestyle. It requires daily dedication of wearing the garment, diet and exercise. Start by waist training 4 hours a day and work up to 8 hours daily. Staying hydrated with water is KEY!
How soon should I start waist training after plastic surgery or having a baby?
We recommend you wait until 4 weeks after to start your waist training journey. High compression waist training has amazing benefits to help regain your bodies contour.
Can I sleep in my waist trainer?
Of course, If you choose to waist train in your sleep we recommend a comfort approach for sleeping. Do not pull the garment to tight making sleep unrestful.
What to expect when I start waist training and how long should I train daily?
Congratulations on starting your waist training journey! You can expect a few new changes once you begin. It will take some getting use to if you have never waist trained before. Once applied it will instantly slim your waist line and correct your posture. While wearing the garment you will be less likely to over indulge with eating. (How awesome is that!)
How long is shipping?
Processing the orders can range from 2-6 days. For all domestic shipments we send 2-3 day priority mail. International shipments may take up to 15 days. Your unique tracking number will be sent via email.

What do you do if a package is marked as delivered but is missing?
If your package was successfully delivered and then stolen from your porch, you have a couple of options.
For USPS deliveries, you can file a mail theft complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. USPS will start your claims process.
If your package came through another carrier, contact the sender of the package to initiate a trace process with UPS or FedEx. The sender will then follow up with you on the progress of your shipment.
Reach out to your local police department to notify them of the theft. Many credit card companies including American Express offer protection for members who charge a covered purchase that ends up being stolen. The coverage is limited so check with your credit card company for specifics.
Once it is successfully delivered K Kurves is no longer responsible for replacing due to it being missing or stolen.
How to Prevent Package Theft
1. Security camera
There are many security cameras on the market like Ring Video Doorbell. This sends instant alerts when anyone presses your doorbell or triggers its built-in motion sensors. With Ring’s two-way talk, you can tell your courier where to hide your packages or warn pirates they’re on camera.
The footage taken with a security camera could provide evidence of the theft. As a member of my neighborhood NextDoor.com site, I have already seen neighbors posting clips of package theft taken from their Ring doorbell.
2. UPS access point delivery
The UPS Access Point network offers package pickup and drop off primarily at thousands of local business such as neighborhood convenience, supermarkets, dry cleaners and the like. All 4,400 UPS Store locations across the country are part of the network.
In order to retrieve your packages, present a government-issued photo ID where the last name and full address on the ID match that on the package. If the address on the ID doesn’t match the address on the package, bring proof of residency that matches the address on the package (like a current utility bill).
If the last name or full address doesn’t match, you will need to provide the package tracking number to the UPS Access Point representative. or your shipper-provided package release code.
3. Amazon Locker
Amazon.com also offers an alternative to home delivery. Instead of adding a shipping address at checkout, designate delivery to an Amazon Locker. This is a self-service kiosk that allows you to pick up the package at a later time. Once your package is delivered to the Amazon Locker, you’ll receive an e-mail notification with a unique pickup code that includes the address and opening times for your selected Locker location. All packages delivered to Amazon Locker locations must be picked up within three business days.
Can I exchange my order?
We offer a 5-day exchange policy that will cover any sizing issue that you may experience. We do not offer refunds, but we can issue store credit or an exchange for eligible orders.
This does not guarantee that you will be able to exchange for the exact same item. If we are out of stock of a particular product, we may issue you a store credit for a different item This meaning you may have to exchange for a different product.
To initiate the exchange please email Kurvesbykay@gmail.com and send a copy of your order confirmation number with your exchange item to the provided address. (Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from us) Exceptions include an order error on behalf of K Kurves.
We will inspect each return and reserve the right to refuse an item if it does not pass inspection. In order for an exchange to pass inspection, the item that you are returning should be in new condition and inside the original packaging. Exchanges should show no signs of wear, odors, stains (glitters, oils, etc) and no dampness from sweat or otherwise. When your exchange is approved your replacement item will be shipped. If the exchange is denied, we will ship the item back to you.
In order for your return to be processed, we ask that you purchase your return label and shipping label located on our on our returns page. All returns will be processed as store credit for you to repurchase your sizing.
If the proper order information is not provided, we will not be able to locate your return. We are not responsible for items shipped back without proper identification and we will not be able to issue you a refund if we cannot properly identify your return!
Once your order is received by our Facility, we have to inspect the item. Once approved, we will send you a conformation email to the email address on file.
Please follow the steps on the returns page closely to ensure we receive your return.
Exchange Terms & Conditions:
We offer a 30 day warranty for manufacturer defects or any malfunctions such as broken zippers, Velcro not sticking or boning coming apart. The 30 day warranty will begin on the date of delivery and will expire 30 days later. If you do not contact us within the 30 day period in regards to any defects or damages, we will not be able to replace the item. Misuse or damage that is the result of abuse will not be covered and can be declined at our discretion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees to and from our facility.
Once the checkout process is complete, processing time begins and refunds and cancellations cannot be permitted.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to mail carrying. Once it leaves the facility K Kurves is no longer responsible for any items marked delivered. Please contact the mail carrier to file a claim.
